Park, gym rental fee to pay for cleaning

MAPLE PARK—Most Maple Park residents will have to pay more to rent the village’s park pavilions and civic center gymnasium and kitchen because of a new fee that the Village Board approved on April 5.

The previous $50 fee for resident use of these facilities and $100 nonresident fee will be increased by a $10 maintenance fee to pay for periodic, intensive cleaning.

Some nonprofit organizations will be exempt from the $50 fee.
