		<description><![CDATA[You don&#039;t send multiple citations for traffic violations.  Why would you waste tax payer money sending multiple notices for other violations?  The village needs the revenue.  Fine away.  We have someone in our neighborhood who mows his weeds pretty regularly but the yard is still nothing but a weed patch.  Ortho weed killer would probably turn the whole yard into a dirt patch.]]></description>
