Knight golfers fall at Sterling in NIB-12 action

STERLING—In a Northern Illinois Big XII crossover matchup, Kaneland golf was passed over.
The rival Golden Warriors of Sterling took care of Kaneland with a 149-162 clip, lowering the KHS dual meet mark to 1-2.
Despite the less-than-positive result, encouraging showings took place at Emerald Hill G.C.
Hayley Guyton, Zach Douglas and Josh Schuberg each shot a 40 score, and Luke Kreiter managed a 42.
Coming up for KHS, a matchup at Yorkville on Thursday, Sept. 9.
