Commercial property doesn’t need to be developed until we’ve filled current empty spaces. Glad this has been set aside for now. Hopefully I’ll be retired and moved away before it becomes a reality. The rate the property taxes have increased over the past 10 years, I won’t be able to afford to stay in my house if I retire, unless the kids are working and never leave.
