		<description><![CDATA[80% reduction in health care costs?  How is that possible?  How many folks can afford a $10,000 deductible?  Glad you&#039;re not in charge of anything Jeff.  You seem to think public employees should work for free and the jobless and homeless should go without and live in the street.  Your view of the world is very disturbing.  Terminate the LGDF?  I&#039;m sure you wouldn&#039;t want to pay more in property taxes to make up the difference.  Some of us actually think police and fire departments are necessary and many of us would be dead without regular health care.  We&#039;d all like better, more affordable insurance but until you get rid of insurance companies so billions can actually be used to reduce premiums and pay for care instead of lining CEO pockets that isn&#039;t going to happen.  Of course I know you&#039;re against regulating that industry too.]]></description>
