175th birthday worship
KANEVILLE—Kaneville United Methodist Church will host a 175th birthday worship for Kaneville on Sunday, Aug. 28, at 9:30 a.m. The service will be at the pavilion just outside of Kaneville Community Center. Call KUMC at (630) 557-0018 for details.

Free spaghetti dinner
offers night out

ST. CHARLES—Two Guys and Free Spaghetti will serve homemade spaghetti and meatballs with salad, garlic bread, beverage and homemade dessert free to attendees of the monthly event from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 28, at St. Charles Episcopal Church.
Joe Ryan and Matt Rhead, with their friends, have provided dinners each month since April 2009. Guests come from all over the Fox Valley to enjoy the fellowship and great food. Carry-out is available and the building is handicapped accessible.

Sugar Grove UMC reverts
to regular schedule

Sugar Grove—The Sugar Grove United Methodist Church will return of its regular worship hours for all the Sundays from September through May. The public is invited to attend.
The church, located at 176 Main St., Sugar Grove, and pastored by Rev. Steven Good, will offer services on Sundays at 8 and 10:30 a.m. Sunday school is available at 9:15 a.m. for those ages 3 and older. Nursery care is provided for the 10:30 a.m. service.
