Roger and Kathy Ackerman announce the engagement of their son, Chad Ackerman, to Allison Fleck, daughter of Pat and Jerry Fleck of Geneva.

The groom is a graduate of Kaneland High School, and the bride is a graduate of Geneva High School. The wedding ceremony will be Aug. 11, 2012, in Mill Creek. The couple plans to honeymoon in Hawaii.
