MAPLE PARK—Advance purchase tickets are now on sale for Kaneland High School’s performance of “Les Miserables School Edition.” Performances will be Friday, March 16, Saturday, March 17, at 7 p.m., and Sunday, March 18, at 2 p.m., in the Kaneland High School Auditorium.
Tickets can be purchased online with a credit card through the Kaneland Web Store, which is accessible through the main district website, www.kaneland.org. The web store icon is on the home page. From there, patrons select the high school icon and then the theatre department to place their order.
For those interested in paying by check, an order form, which can be printed and mailed, is available by sending an e-mail request to KHSTIX@gmail.com. The order form is also available at the Kaneland Theatre Facebook page.
Advance tickets are being sold at a 20 percent discount. Ticket prices for orders received by Feb. 29 are $8 for adults and $4 for a seniors, students or children. Beginning March 1, tickets will be $10 for adults and $5 for seniors, students and children. A family plan, which allows all immediate family members living in the same household to attend for one price, is available for $20 through Feb. 29, and $25 after. KHS students, staff and children not in need of a seat can attend free of charge.
Advance tickets will be held at will call for pick-up on performance dates when the box office is open. The box office will be open for walk-up sales one hour before show time.
“We are encouraging people to purchase their tickets in advance” Director April Rames said. “They not only will save money on their tickets, but they also will receive the best seats.”

Kaneland’s performance of “Les Miserables School Edition” is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI) and will be performed entirely by students.
