Grace Lynn Jeffrey was born Jan. 29, 2012, to Matt and Tracy Jeffrey of Elburn. She was welcomed home by big brother Josh. Grace was 7 pounds, 15 ounces, and was 20 inches long. Her grandparents are Steve and Jan Jeffrey of Elburn and Keith and Denise Reed of Lisle.
