2012 KCFB Foundation scholarship recipients

KANE COUNTY—The Kane County Farm Bureau Foundation Board announced it will award nearly $22,000 in scholarships for the 2012-13 school year. Eighteen students were selected to receive $1,000 KCFB Foundation General Scholarships, including Robert Dunteman and Buddy Hass of Elburn, Chase Bornemann of Sugar Grove, and Mitchell Dienst, Grace Fabrizius, Olivia Fabrizius, Sally Gorenz, Karissa Pitstick and Cynthia Roberg, all of Maple Park.

Tyler Fabrizius of Maple Park was chosen to receive the $1,000 John Buck Memorial Scholarship award.

Scholarship recipients will be recognized during a ceremony at the Kane County Farm Bureau on Sunday, April 15, at 3 p.m.

Scholarship recipients were selected from 29 applications submitted.
