Fantastic plan ! The park across from the First Street parking lot needs to be corrected from the Boy Scouts Victory Garden work. The park has a lot of ornaments tree’s and vegetation and needs to be maintained to where it was before the Boy Scouts put a garden in the center of the newly established lawn that was graded and seeded at a cost of 12,000.00 several years ago.

The chess table is a nice place to sit and watch the locals,and trains ( Train City Award) we would like to see some sort of play equipment for our kids. Being close to the Fire Dept,and right on path to our west Forest Preserves on North Ave. A prefect park for tranquility and improvement
