The following reports were obtained from local police departments. The individuals charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
• Timothy P. Banka, 22, of the 600 block of Highbury Lane in Geneva, was taken into custody on June 15 and issued a citation for driving under the influence.
