“From the water and sewer standpoint, we’ve been told that the (agreed upon) numbers are incorrect. We worked for two years with staff, the board and Rempe-Sharpe. The board approved the concept, and now at the last minute, we have new engineers, and (what they say) contradicts Rempe-Sharpe’s analysis,” Skidmore said. “We’ve taken a two-year step back in time, and ShoDeen has wasted $188,000, not including our time.”

Well...Mr Skidmore Your time is looking for a place to build, and make money isn't it? Not really caring on who or where you get your margin. The tax payer's of Elburn don't want your dream to make our town your cash cow.Your company trys to hold hostage the startting of the Anderson bridge that will get built with you or without you This is out town and if you don't like it go build somewhere else. I really hope you get fined for dragging your feet by Kane County on the strong arm tactic's your trying to pull with the people of Elburn.I personally feel to let the county of Kane take the land that is needed by eminent domain.Sure it may cost Elburn money, but a lot less if Sho-Deen get its way. Dang Get Sho-Deen to work of finishing the South side of Kesslienger road left by another develpoer You know that Blackberry thing that was worked out into bankruptcy.
Then too the infrastructure of our waste water can't handle what Sho-Deen wants and who's going to flip the bill...Yes you Elburn Tax Payer's will prolly add another 10 to 20% onto your city bills.
Most people in Elburn DON'T WANT Sho-Deen's Greed drive project to upset our fragile town so Sho-Deen Go somewhere else and will let the county deal with the Anderson Road extension that we were promised 6 years ago
