		<description><![CDATA[It is unfortunate that given the preponderance of the evidence, case history of the individual from former officials and residents in the community that had come forward as well as clear
and convincing evidence that was presented; it doesn&#039;t surprise me during an election year that police action or State&#039;s Attorney’s office took a step back because the dollar amount wasn’t large enough to prosecute or perhaps because of politics? If the investigation would have gone further into the financials of all accounts, could the taxpayers be assured that the police made the right decision? On a positive note, at least the trustee recognized the discrepancies and took action to do what was right for the people and not worry about the
politics. Honest government is rare and so are honorable officials.]]></description>
