Elburn residents participate in Butler’s volunteer project

INDIANAPOLIS—Elburn residents Morgan Glowienke and Stephanie Maras recently participated in Butler University’s “Bulldogs Into the Streets (BITS),” a large-scale single day of community service hosted by the Butler Volunteer Center.

This year’s event partnered with 17 Indianapolis organizations, including Gleaners Food Bank and Holliday Park. The 2013 event had the most student participants in the program’s 19-year history.
