JoAnn Kuzlik, 74, of Elburn, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013, at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, surrounded by her family.

She was born in Chicago, the daughter of Joseph and Bernice (Litwin) Lezon.

JoAnn worked many years for the Kane County Clerk’s Office in Geneva. She loved spending time with her family and especially enjoyed her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all those whose lives she touched.

She is survived by her children, Denise (Jack) Feltes of Sugar Grove, Robert of Polo, Ill., Kathryn (Scott) Hofmann of Elburn, Michael of St. Charles, and Pamela (Christopher Busch) of Hinesville, Ga.; grandchildren, Anthony Stover, Anna, Sarah and Emma Feltes, Julie and Victoria Kuzlik, Chase Hofmann, and Ciarra and Dylan Busch; siblings, Shirley (John) Smith of St. Charles, and Joseph (Kathy) Lezon of Downers Grove, Ill.; and many dear nieces, nephews and friends.

JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service and visition was held Oct. 14 at Malone Funeral Home, Geneva, with Father Robert Jones officiating. Burial was held privately.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Illinois Chapter, 525 W. Monroe St., Chicago, IL 60661.
