Letter: Sponsor the Family Bingo, Auction Night Fundraiser

By on July 11, 2014

Blackberry Creek Elementary School PTO will sponsor a Family Bingo and Auction Night Fundraiser on March 7, 2015. The event will be held at Kaneland Blackberry Creek Elementary in Elburn. This event is to raise money for educational materials for the classrooms, new books for the library, physical education equipment and curriculum experiences. While the School District takes the responsibility of providing for educational needs, the PTO takes on raising money to expand and enrich the existing curriculum, along with supporting children’s social educational experiences.

We invite you to join us as a sponsor for this event. By sponsoring this event, you will be promoting your company to a group of people who are very loyal to its sponsors, as well as to the many area professionals who will be participating at the auction itself. Companies, like yours, make available the resources that enrich our children’s education, and for that we are forever grateful.

We are anticipating a highly successful and well-attended event, with over 200 families a part of our organization. Show friends, neighbors and colleagues your company’s commitment to quality education and become a sponsor. We are offering various levels of sponsorships.

Donations can be made in the form of sponsoring this event with products, services or gift certificates. Monetary donation can be made out to KBC – PTO (EIN 501(c)3 # 55-0868038), and all donations may be sent to: KBC – PTO c/o Kimberly Bartkowiak, P.O. Box 53, Elburn, Illinois 60119.

A donation of any kind or size will make a difference. Thank you for your time and consideration as we work to provide the best possible learning experience for our children.
