More than 100 students were honored with leadership awards from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb in April. Two local residents were among the students honored.

Kelsey Borg of Maple Park received the 2009 Who’s Who and Freshman Leadership awards. Linda Huber of Sugar Grove received the Junior Leadership Award.
