Sports Boosters award scholarships

The Kaneland Sports Boosters award four $500 scholarships a year to two senior girls and two senior boys who have applied by writing an essay entitled “Lessons Learned in Victory and Defeat.” This year’s awards were presented at the annual senior athletic banquet provided by the high school athletic office and the sports boosters. Award winners were Curtis Lubic, Kathleen Kuhar, Lindsay Douglas and Hayden Johnson.
