I think I am missing your point.  So the mayor sold his building to a guy who wants to open a bar.  At least someone wanted to buy it.  Or did you make an offer on the building and got turned down some how?  Or maybe you applied for a license and the mayor sut you out?  You seem bitter and you make some bold statement without any facts or background.  Please fill us in....inquiring minds want to know!]]></description>
