St. Gall celebrates 25 years of ‘rummaging’

Elburn—St. Gall Church’s parish hall and basement classrooms are filled to the brim with household goods, books, electronics, sporting goods, toys, home improvements and a large variety of other items to kick off its 25th annual rummage sale.

The event will be held at the St. Gall Parish Hall, Route 47 and Shannon St., Elburn, on Friday, Aug. 21, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday, Aug. 22, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will also be a bag sale at 11 a.m. on Saturday, and a bake sale held on both days.

Proceeds will benefit the needs of St. Gall Parish. The church is located at 120 W. Shannon St., and can be reached at (630) 365-6030.
