Murphy Ira Cook

Tim and Jenna Cook of DeKalb announce the birth of their first son, Murphy Ira, on June 30, 2009, at Delnor-Community Hospital in Geneva. He weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 19 inches long.

The proud grandparents are Barb Cook of Elgin, Ill., and John and Luann Hunter of Elburn. Proud great-grandparent is Ruth Hobart of Elgin.
