MP church seeks health-kit donations for Haiti relief

MAPLE PARK—Grace United Methodist Church of Maple Park is seeking donations of supplies for health kits that will be sent to Haiti for people in need.

The church is partnering with Sugar Grove United Methodist Church to send collected relief supplies to Haiti through the United Methodist Committee on Relief.

For the health kits, people may donate combs, hand towels, washcloths, nail files or clippers, bath soap bars, toothpaste, toothbrushes, plastic adhesive bandages and gallon-sized plastic zipper bags.

Maple Park drop-off sites for donated health-kit supplies include Old Second Bank, the fire department, Pegs On Main, the Post Office, and Grace United Methiodist Church.
