STERLING—While gradually working its way back to a full lineup, the lineup Kaneland girls cross country had at its disposal put together a nice Saturday.

WAUCONDA—Still working to get a full lineup from injuries and illness, the Lady Knights cross country team went north and saw some individual fortunes turn that way, as well.

KANELAND—Through two meets this week, the only thing able to stop the Lady Knights cross-country crew is sickness.

ELBURN—It was anything but lonely at the top for Kaneland High school girls cross country.

KANELAND—With a roster that returns several that missed State a year ago, motivation is available aplenty for Lady Knights cross-country in 2010.

KANELAND—With the final regular season meet on the horizon, Kaneland Lady Knights track is seeing personnel move to the forefront of events; just in time for postseason action.

Friday afternoon saw KHS finish seventh in a talented 10-team field by President Ronald Reagan’s boyhood home, with a total of 54.5 points.

KANELAND—With a middle of the pack finish at Saturday’s annual Jill Holmes Invitational, Kaneland High School saw some nice individual finishes with room to improve this month.
