KANELAND—A highly successful 2011-12 spring season was recognized with team awards dished out earlier this week, as well as honors from the end-of-year senior athletic banquet.

CHARLESTON, Ill.—When you send as many Class 2A State finalists for boys track as Kaneland High School did, you’ll push some entries to the finals by sheer force and numbers.

KANELAND—Your Kaneland High School boys track outfit is getting hot at the right time. On April 25, the Knight boys took care of DeKalb’s team in convincing fashion in a 110-36 dual.

MAPLE PARK—Kaneland High School Principal Chip Hickman is pleased to announce that 36 Kaneland High School students have been recognized as 2012-13 Illinois State Scholars.

KANELAND—Kaneland High School athletics released their slate of Fall Sports Awards, with each sport trumpeting the best it had to offer, with some All-Northern Illinois Big XII honors thrown in for good measure.

KANELAND—The Kaneland School Board on Monday recognized Kaneland High School seniors Brandon Stahl and Kayley McPhee for being commended students in the 2012 National Merit Scholarship Program.

MAPLE PARK—Kaneland High School announced that students Kayley McPhee and Brandon Stahl were named Commended Students in the 2012 National Merit Scholarship program.

Kaneland—The Kaneland WYSE academic team will advance to sectionals at Northern Illinois University. On Feb. 1, the team qualified with a second-place finish at the Waubonsee Community College regional competition.
