Giving to the community a way of life for Paisano’s owners
ELBURN—When Annette Theobald was a young girl, her mother was her role model for helping others in the community. Her family was active in the church, and it was there where she first heard her mom say, “Let’s see how we can help.”

Toys, hats, gloves and more for Kaneland Kids and the Elburn Food Pantry are donated by Elburn Lions every year to West Towns Human Services in Sugar Grove.

There are nine candidates campaigning for four positions (one mayor and three trustees), a man and a woman facing off in the mayoral race, and seven candidates vying for three trustee positions.
