The Kaneland School Board on Thursday voted to accept the resignation of Kaneland High School coach and teacher Dennis Hansen.

Kaneland High School will host a Spring into Spring dance on is having a Spring into Spring dance on Feb. 28, 2009.

When asked to reflect on the recent honor bestowed upon him, former Kaneland track coach Ralph Drendel simply said, “I’ve got a lot of Kaneland in my system.”

The Elburn Scholarship Fund will award grants for studies at the college level. All applications must be postmarked no later than March 1, 2009.

The Kaneland Community and Alumni Committee ask the Kaneland community and alumni to support the Kaneland Knights on the following dates:

All it took was for one student to express an interest in forming a ski club at Kaneland, and more than 50 students and two teacher-sponsors jumped on board.
