Sports Boosters award scholarships
The Kaneland Sports Boosters award four $500 scholarships a year to two senior girls and two senior boys who have applied by writing an essay entitled “Lessons Learned in Victory and Defeat.”

Girls track shows talent at Jenni’s ABC
The Lady Knights squad hit a stride in a well-spent showing in its own Jenni’s ABC Invite in Maple Park. The meet returned after a one-year layoff due to less-than-favorable conditions in 2009.
