Christopher and Jennifer Rosati of Elburn are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Sophia Noelle, who was born Dec. 18, 2008, at Delnor-Community Hospital in Geneva. She weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 19.5 inches long.
