BELOIT, WIS.—Stephanie Rosenwinkel, of Elburn has been named to the Beloit College dean's list for the 2012 fall semester. Rosenwinkel is a freshman.

MAPLE PARK—Kaneland High School Principal Chip Hickman is pleased to announce that 36 Kaneland High School students have been recognized as 2012-13 Illinois State Scholars.

KANELAND—Kaneland High School athletics released their slate of Fall Sports Awards, with each sport trumpeting the best it had to offer, with some All-Northern Illinois Big XII honors thrown in for good measure.

KANELAND—It matters little that a team like Amelia Napiorkowski and Madi Jurcenko were ousted after one match at this past weekend’s State tennis gathering in District 214 territory.

KANELAND—While eight seniors are gone from last year’s Kaneland tennis crew, the three varsity returnees all bring a game that’s been battle tested.

Kaneland—The Kaneland Knights Generosity Involves Volunteer Effort (GIVE) program has been set up to recognize students who gave back to their school and community through volunteer service.

Monday saw Kaneland High School dish out their annual awards for the fall sports season.
